Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will be shipped that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS, UPS, or FEDEX tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: No, as of now we do not ship to a PO Box.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We want you to love your items as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly take back your non-custom products in pristine condition with the original packaging and invoice. Please be aware of how you ship your items back to us. We recommend shipping your items back in a box. Pink Karma is not responsible for damage to returned merchandise due to improper packaging.
Q: What is my jewelry made of?
A:12k gold plated brass. Some include natural pieces (turquoise, pearls, etc.). Please note that no two natural pieces are exactly the same; they may range in color and size. Please visit our Gemstone page for more information.
Q: How do I care for my product?
A: To keep all of your jewelry in its original condition please remove before applying lotions (and other beauty products), before handling harsh chemicals, swimming, and exercising. We also recommend wiping down your jewelry with a jewelry cloth after each wear to remove the natural buildup of dirt and oil accumulated from your body.
Q: Do you offer a gift-wrap option and can I include a gift message?
A: Each product we deliver is wrapped as a gift. At this time we do not include gift messages.
