Pink Karma has a flat rate of $ 7.95 for shipping in the domestic USA.
All orders will ship via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS priority mail. Please refer to the product ship time for each item. This information can be found in the product description.
If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or by phone before you place your order. We are happy to help! Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change a shipping address. So please use desired address at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for retrieving their packages.
Please provide a complete and correct street address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the provided address that is not the correct address. If your order is returned to us because your shipping address was incorrect, you will be charged again to ship to the correct address. Please remember to include apartment or suite number.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Each Pink Karma product will have a specific cut-off date listed in our product description. Orders placed by that date are guaranteed to be delivered by December 24th BARRING AN ACT OF GOD such as unforeseen weather events and man-made and natural disasters. Please refer to your product description for lead time to ensure that your items and or gifts are there on time. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations or just because the Pink Karma girl needs to have it! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email us before placing your order. RETURNS
We want you to love your items as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly take back your non-custom products in pristine condition with the original packaging and invoice. Please be aware of how you ship your items back to us. We recommend shipping your items back in a box. Pink Karma is not responsible for damage to returned merchandise due to improper packaging.

REPAIRS
All repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may sustain a fee.
All of our products are handmade. If the damaged product you return is still in stock we will gladly ship you a new one (less shipping). If the product is no longer available we will offer you store credit.
