Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Pink Karma credit card transactions are completed through Authorize.Net, one of the Nations leading ecommerce transaction providers. We have also purchased our own SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate issued by GeoTrust. Pink Karma takes the security of your information very seriously. You can shop with confidence that your personal and payment information is secure during and after checkout.
 
Q: Will you respect my privacy?
A: Pink Karma is committed to respecting your privacy. We do not share your personal information with third party companies. We may send you an email from to time to share information on our special promotions or sales.
  
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal for all orders.
  
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: Your credit card is charged immediately after placing the order.
  
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will be shipped that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday.
 
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS, UPS, or FEDEX tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there. 
 
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: As of now we do not offer expedited shipping.
 
Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Please refer to the product description estimated shipping arrival for the items you desire.
 
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of now, we only ship to US.
 
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: No, as of now we do not ship to a PO Box.
 
Q: What is your refund policy?   
A: We want you to love your items as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly take back your non-custom products in pristine condition with the original packaging and invoice. Please be aware of how you ship your items back to us. We recommend shipping your items back in a box. Pink Karma is not responsible for damage to returned merchandise due to improper packaging. 
 
Q: How do I care for my product?
A: In each product description is the care for the specific product. To keep all of your jewelry in its original condition please remove before applying lotions or other beauty products. In addition, remove jewelry before handling harsh chemicals, swimming, and exercising to avoid damaging or discoloring of the metal.
 
Q: Do you offer a gift-wrap option and can I include a gift message?  
A: Each product we deliver is wrapped as a gift. At this time we do not include gift messages.
